A donor-funded, three-year leadership curriculum developed by Dr. John C. Maxwell — designed to give students a values-based foundation for leading themselves and others well.
Today's young people face a world where leadership is often associated with position and power. The iChoose/iLead program reverses that narrative — teaching students that real leadership starts with values, character, and personal growth.
Delivered through peer-to-peer "Transformation Tables," students don't just learn about leadership — they practice it together.
